These Terms are a launch template and must be reviewed with your actual business identity, jurisdiction and commercial terms.
ClientEasily provides software that helps businesses manage customer conversations and sales workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information supplied to the AI.
Plans are Starter at $79/month and Pro at $129/month. A $99 one-time setup fee is charged before setup. The service becomes available after setup is completed and the selected subscription is activated.
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unauthorized messaging. Do not provide information you are not permitted to process.
AI output can be imperfect. The AI is instructed not to invent business facts, but you remain responsible for reviewing important customer-facing claims and configuring escalation rules.
